On September 13, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan spoke with RF Defense Minister Army General Sergey Shoigu.
The head of the Defense Department of Armenia presented to his Russian counterpart the situation created as a result of the large-scale aggression of Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.
Suren Papikyan and Sergey Shoigu agreed to take the necessary steps to stabilize the situation.
