The Foreign Minister emphasized the need for an international response to Azerbaijan's actions

On September 13, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan spoke with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borel.
Minister Mirzoyan presented to High Representative Borel the situation created as a result of the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan on the sovereign territory of Armenia at midnight on September 13. It was emphasized that military positions and civil infrastructures became targets of the Azerbaijani attack.
Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized the need for a targeted and adequate international response to Azerbaijan's actions.
