The UN Secretary-General calls on Yerevan and Baku to resolve the issues through dialogue

The spokesman of the Secretary-General, Stefan Dujarik, announced that UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to take measures to ease the tension on their border.
"The Secretary-General is deeply concerned about the reports of the resumption of military operations along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border; he calls on the parties to take immediate steps to ease the tension, show maximum restraint and resolve all unresolved issues through dialogue," Dujarik said.
According to him, Guterres also calls on Yerevan and Baku to fully implement the earlier agreements.
