On September 13, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Minister Mirzoyan presented the situation in the Armenian-Azerbaijani border area due to the large-scale aggression launched by the Azerbaijani armed forces at midnight on September 13.
Ararat Mirzoyan informed about the steps taken by the Republic of Armenia, including the appeal to the Russian Federation, the Collective Security Treaty Organization, and the UN Security Council, to stop the Azerbaijani aggression and eliminate its consequences.
