On September 13, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov.
Minister Mirzoyan presented the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to the interlocutor due to the large-scale aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan at midnight on September 13. Ways of operating the existing CSTO mechanisms were discussed.
