Azerbaijan refuses to conduct peace talks based on the principles proposed by Armenia (VIDEO)

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that Azerbaijan refuses to conduct peace talks based on the principles proposed by RA.
He says, "During the last meeting in Brussels, it became clear that Azerbaijan refuses to conduct peace negotiations based on the proposed principles." Pashinyan elaborated that it is Azerbaijan's position that the Karabakh issue is resolved, it is their internal issue, and they do not want to discuss it with Armenia.
According to Nikol Pashinyan, "When there is a conversation about the process of demarcation and delimitation, it becomes obvious that Azerbaijan is going to raise certain issues in the context of the process, about some territories as if allegedly handed over to RA in its wording."
