"Anonymous letter" will create corruption in Armenia. Remove that anonymous practice. V. Khachatryan

The National Assembly discussed the draft amendments to the law "On Notification System." Deputy Vigen Khachatryan spoke against this project and the practice of anonymous letters. Khachatryan called on the ministry to abandon this system, which can cause corruption in Armenia.
