Ruben Rubinyan presented the current state of the Armenia-Turkey relations normalization process to the American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group

On September 10, the Deputy Speaker of the RA National Assembly, the special representative of Armenia in the Armenia-Turkey settlement process, Ruben Rubinyan, received the newly appointed US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Philip Ricker, the senior adviser on Caucasian negotiations.
Ruben Rubinyan presented to the interlocutor the current state of the Armenia-Turkey settlement process and reflected on Armenia's positions in this regard. The importance of the early implementation of the agreements reached the last meeting of the special representatives was emphasized.
