"We welcome the news of the return of Armenian servicemen, which is a positive event in the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace process. We hope that all the other detainees will return to their homes soon, and Azerbaijan and Armenia will continue to take steps to strengthen trust and resolve existing differences."
