The death of Elizabeth II is a significant loss not only for the British people but also for the international community

The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, visited the British Embassy in Armenia and made a note in the condolence book opened on the occasion of the death of Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

In particular, President Vahagn Khachaturyan wrote: "I express my deepest condolences to the friendly people and the royal family of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the death of Her Majesty Elizabeth II, who with her devotion and wise leadership made a great contribution to the development and progress of her country. In this difficult moment of loss, I share the grief of all of you and send words of comfort."

The President also sent a cable of condolence to King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
