I would not like to comment on anything related to the municipality until certain formalities are completed

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, did not comment on his appointment to the post of Yerevan's deputy mayor.
"The time will come, the announcement will be made; I think we will have time to talk on the right occasion," said Tigran Avinyan, "I still don't want to comment on anything related to the municipality until certain formal processes are completed."
