Igor Khovaev is visiting Baku, after which he will arrive in Yerevan

Igor Khovaev, the special representative of the Russian Foreign Minister for the regulation of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, is visiting Baku.
As the Azerbaijani media reports, the diplomat will arrive in Yerevan from Baku.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that the special representative of the Russian Foreign Minister, Igor Khovaev, who supports the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, holds regular consultations with the parties to find a common language, to reach mutually acceptable fundamental principles and parameters of the peace agreement.
