Representative of the ARF General Assembly, deputy of the National Assembly "Hayastan" faction Ishkhan Saghatelyan did not rule out today that the second president of the RA, Robert Kocharyan, was nominated for the post of prime minister. When asked whether Robert Kocharyan is running for the position of Prime Minister, Saghatelyan answered that those questions should be addressed to Kocharyan. "But Robert Kocharyan never set a precondition that I should be or that his main desire is to become the prime minister."
In a conversation with Radar Armenia, Gegham Manukyan, one of the deputies of the "Hayastan" faction, did not comment on this news and advised to direct the question to Ishkhan Saghatelyan. Regarding whether there was such a discussion in the "Hayastan" faction, the opposition deputy said that the public would be informed about the talks of the section.
We also contacted Ishkhan Saghatelyan, but he refused to comment, saying that the place was unsuitable.
