Countries that establish diplomatic activity with Armenia through Russia and Georgia

In response to Radar Armenia's inquiry, the RA MFA reported that 32 countries that do not have an embassy in Armenia establish diplomatic relations through Moscow and 3 through Georgia.
Austria, Belgium, Spain, Canada, Cyprus, Portugal, Uzbekistan, and several African states, are on the list of countries that do not have embassies in Armenia and conduct diplomatic activities from Moscow.
Estonia, Latvia, and Norway have diplomatic relations with Armenia from Tbilisi.
