After the prosecutor's office submitted a petition to the court, in the framework of the criminal case for the discovery of illegal property, the property belonging to the former Speaker of the National Assembly, the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan and his relatives was seized by the court's decision.
In response to Radar Armenia's question, Gor Abrahamyan, Advisor to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, informed. "As a means of preliminary securing the claim, the property of Hovik Abrahamyan and his related persons was seized. Regarding the property belonging to them, the study was completed in the Department of Confiscation of Illegally Sourced Property of the RA General Prosecutor's Office. They were invited to the prosecutor's office to familiarize themselves with the materials and express their position. Still, as of now, they have not appeared."
