As a result of the large-scale investigative and administrative operations carried out within the framework of the criminal proceedings investigated in the Department of Investigation of Especially Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found that a military leader, with the rank of Lieutenant-General JH, declared during the aggressive war unleashed and waged by the military-political leadership of the Republic of Azerbaijan. in the conditions of martial law, he showed a negligent attitude towards his official duties by not performing them and performing them improperly, such actions caused serious consequences; own units suffered significant losses of the workforce and military equipment, reserve units became uncomfortable, the occupied firing positions were under the enemy's control.
