The former commander of the Artsakh Armed Forces, Mikael Arzumanyan, was arrested again

The former Artsakh Armed Forces commander adviser to the Artsakh president, Mikael Arzumanyan, was arrested again. Arzumanyan's lawyer Yerem Sargsyan informs about this on his Facebook page.

It should be noted that yesterday the term of arrest of the former commander of the Defense Army, chief adviser to the Artsakh president Mikayel Arzumanyan expired, and he was released.

Worth noting that RA Investigative Committee stated that Mikayel Arzumanyan was arrested for official negligence during the organization of the defense of Shushi and neighboring regions.
