The term of arrest of the former commander of the Defense Army, chief advisor to the Artsakh President Mikayel Arzumanyan, has expired, and he has been released.
In a conversation with Radar Armenia, Vardan Tadevosyan, press secretary of the RA Investigative Committee, said that a petition has been submitted to the court regarding the arrest of Mikayel Arzumanyan, and they are waiting for the court's decision.
