"Azerbaijan actually admits that there is a Karabakh problem." Vahram Atanesyan

Vahram Atanesyan, a former deputy of Artsakh parliament, journalist, political commentator, wrote on his Facebook page:
"The Foreign Ministry of the hostile country issued a statement in connection with the appointment of the new US co-chairman in the Minsk Group that the Karabakh conflict has been resolved." At the same time, however, it is said in the same place that "connecting the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement with the Karabakh problem does not serve the settlement in any way." In other words, he accepts that the Karabakh problem exists, but it should not be linked to the normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations."
