The court hearing in the case of the third president of RA Serzh Sargsyan and others was postponed in the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan. One of the witnesses, Sevan Kocharyan, did not appear at the court session. It should be noted that Kocharyan was the fuel importing company "Sobraniye" director.
The next court session will be held on September 8 at 14:30.
Serzh Sargsyan's lawyer, Amram Makinyan, told reporters that he sees intent in the absence of the witness from court sessions. According to him, it is already the third session that Sevan Kocharyan does not appear in court, delaying the trial process.
The lawyer elaborated. "The witness whose report was the reason for initiating a criminal case does not appear in court."
