Armenia has a new ambassador to Georgia

RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree recalling Ruben Sadoyan from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia and appointed Ashot Smbatyan as a new ambassador. The legislation states explicitly:

"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, by Article 132, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution, as well as Article 14, Part 1 of the Law on Diplomatic Service,
appoint Ashot SMBATYAN Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Georgia (residence: Tbilisi)".
