The Prime Minister sent a congratulatory message to the President of Uruguay

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, Luis Lacaje Pou, on Independence Day. The message says:

"Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian people, and myself, I warmly congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.

I am confident that the historically existing friendly relations between our states and peoples will continue to develop and strengthen for the benefit of our people and the benefit of our states.

I wish you productive activity, energy, peace, and well-being to the friend Uruguayan people.

Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurance of my deep respect."
