Ambassador with special assignments Edmon Marukyan wrote on his Facebook page:
"In Azerbaijan, they think that they can decide whether the USA will appoint the co-chair of the Minsk Group or not... Or they can claim that there is no Nagorno Karabakh, and the Karabakh conflict is resolved, but the entire international community expresses a different opinion. That the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is a necessity for lasting peace.
In other words, it is recorded that there is Nagorno Karabakh and the conflict created around it; without the settlement of which, we would be far from peace. Military success blinds and then becomes the basis of a failure."
