The meeting of the Secretary of the RA Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, and the assistant of the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev took place in Brussels. Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and Georgia crisis, wrote about this on his Twitter page, posting a photo.

"We had productive discussions with Hikmet Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan in Brussels about the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the EU's participation in that matter," he wrote.
