The Foreign Minister of Cyprus expressed his condolences regarding the victims of the explosion in the Surmalu shopping center

On August 18, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with Cypriot Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides.
During the telephone conversation, Ioannis Kasoulides expressed his condolences regarding the human casualties caused by the explosion in the Surmalu shopping center on August 14 and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
The Foreign Ministers expressed satisfaction considering the high level of Armenia-Cyprus relations. Prospects for further expansion and strengthening cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats were discussed.
The interlocutors also touched on issues of regional security.
