Yuri Vorobyov expressed his condolences to Hakob Arshakyan regarding the explosion in the shopping center.

Deputy Chairman of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Co-Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Yuri Vorobyov sent a letter of condolence to the Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Co-Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Hakob Arshakyan concerning the tragic explosion in the "Surmalu" shopping center.

Yuri Vorobyov expressed his support to the victims' relatives and wished all the victims a speedy recovery.
