Honorary citizenship of Paris is awarded to Artsakh Armenians in a symbolic way

The city council of Paris unanimously adopted a resolution "On granting honorary citizenship of the city of Paris to the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh)", informs the RA Embassy in France.
"With this resolution, the City Council of Paris condemns the continuous crimes committed by Azerbaijan against the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, including the military aggression unleashed on September 19 and the genocidal process being carried out against the Armenians of Artsakh.
As a confirmation of the continuity of the support provided by Paris to the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, according to the said resolution, honorary citizenship of Paris is also awarded to the Armenians of Artsakh in a symbolic way," the statement said.
