The State Security Service of Azerbaijan stated the arrest of the former Minister of State of Nagorno-Karabakh, Ruben Vardanyan. Azerbaijan charged him with several articles.
They are 214-1 (financing of terrorism), 279.3 (participation in the creation and operation of illegal armed organizations or groups), and 318.1 (unlawful arrival of a foreigner or stateless person in Azerbaijan).
