The National Security Service of Azerbaijan announced that it had arrested former Minister of State of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan and transferred him to Baku.
It should be noted that before that, Ruben Vardanyan's wife, Veronika Zonabend, said she had not been able to establish contact with Ruben Vardanyan since morning.
