With the mediation of the Russian side, on September 25, the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan met in Ivanyan, the place of permanent deployment of Russian peacekeepers.
Several humanitarian issues were discussed, including searching for and rescuing the dead and missing after military operations, emphasizing the need to restore the natural gas supply and uninterrupted work of the energy system and water supply sectors.
The representatives of Artsakh emphasized the transfer of the wounded, pregnant women, children, and citizens in need of urgent medical assistance to the specialized medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia. The parties agreed on the issue and outlined the agenda for the next meeting.
