"At the Republican Medical Center and the Children's Hospital of Stepanakert, in the conditions of limited medical and medicinal facilities, medical assistance is provided to the injured. However, it is not enough.
To save the lives of the victims, there is an urgent need to evacuate them by air," he wrote.
