We inform you that all citizens who wish to move from Artsakh to RA will have that opportunity.

According to the agreement reached, there are no set deadlines for relocation, and as we have already informed, citizens who were evacuated due to military operations, who were left homeless and found themselves in sparse housing, and who want to move to RA are primarily relocated to RA.

The Artsakh authorities will remain in place and carry out state administration until they fully ensure the transfer process for citizens who wish to travel to Armenia.

Due to the congested state of the Stepanakert-Goris highway and traffic jams, it is currently impossible to organize the transportation of seriously and significantly injured people, the import of necessary medical supplies, and humanitarian goods.

At the same time, to get fuel, citizens cause enormous traffic jams in the areas near the gas stations, paralyzing the traffic and everyday life of the city.

With all this in mind, we ask you to refrain from moving for the time being to avoid accidents and save the lives of the injured.
In the difficult situation created, we call on the employees of the state administration system, healthcare sector, and power structures to continue to fulfill their professional duty for the sake of the safety and health of our compatriots.

Citizens who want to move to RA will be provided with free fuel today at 5 gas stations in Stepanakert from 14:00. We urge you to refrain from violence and disorder to adhere to the rule of law specific to the people of Artsakh.
