During the large-scale military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 19-20, civilian and public objects were also targeted. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
"Azerbaijani armed forces attacked residential buildings, kindergartens, and schools with rocket artillery and aviation means; cars were also damaged. Moreover, there were no military objects or military equipment near them.
Due to the lack of communication and transport, as well as the blocking of the roads connecting Stepanakert to the regions, it is impossible to determine the extent of the damage for now," the statement said.
