Negotiations are underway to ensure the return of the evacuated citizens to their homes in Nagorno-Karabakh

NK information headquarters reports: "Negotiations are underway with the Azerbaijani side through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers to organize the withdrawal of troops and ensure the return of citizens evacuated due to military aggression to their homes.

At the same time, the procedure for citizens entering and leaving Artsakh is also being discussed."
