Artak Beglaryan reports that the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan did not observe the ceasefire regime. Moreover, they killed a civilian in Haterk.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reported that today, the Azerbaijani armed forces, violating the ceasefire agreement, are firing different types of firearms from the areas adjacent to Stepanakert.
