Artsakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan wrote on the air of X:
"Due to the terrorist attack in Azerbaijan, the operation of vital infrastructure has been disrupted for 35 hours, depriving the entire population of access to electricity, the internet, and mobile communication.
Because of constant safety concerns, people can't cook, heat, or charge their gadgets while staying in cold basements."
