DA will be dissolved, meeting in Evlakh; the message of the Nagorno-Karabakh Presidency
The staff of the President of Nagorno-Karabakh has issued a statement, according to which the authorities accept the proposal of the command of the Russian peacekeeping mission regarding the cessation of fire.
"1. With the mediation of the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh, an agreement was reached on the complete cessation of hostilities on September 20, 2023, from 13:00.
2. An agreement was reached on the withdrawal of the remaining units and service members of the Armenian armed forces from the deployment zone of the Russian peacekeeping troops and the disbanding of the armed formations of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army, complete disarmament and the withdrawal of heavy equipment and weapons from the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh to use them as soon as possible.
3. The issues of reintegration, rights, and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as ensuring the livelihood of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh within the framework of the constitution of Azerbaijan, according to the agreement reached, will be discussed between the representatives of the local Armenian people and the central authorities of Azerbaijan at the meeting to be held on September 21, 2023 in Evlakh and at the following meetings".
