There is unavailability of internet and telephone in different regions of Nagorno-Karabakh

There are reports that internet and telephone services are unavailable in various regions of Nagorno-Karabakh due to attacks on the station and intentional damage to cables.

Artak Beglaryan, the former HRD of Artsakh, also stated. "Explosions in Stepanakert. Azerbaijan uses heavy artillery in some regions of Artsakh."
