"The surroundings of Askeran and Stepanakert are being shelled". Artsakh NA deputy Seyran Hayrapetyan told Radar Armenia about this.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan issued a statement stating: "Local anti-terrorist measures have been started in Karabakh to ensure the safety of Azerbaijani servicemen and to restore the constitutional order of Azerbaijan."
