On September 19, around 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces, carrying out rocket artillery preparations along the contact line, are trying to penetrate the depth of the defense of the Armenian Defense Forces.
The Artsakh Defense troops are showing persistent resistance, according to reports from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh will issue an additional message.
