"Among the civilian population, there are many victims and wounded, including children," wrote Artsakh MP Gegham Stepanyan in his microblog of X, former Twitter.
"According to the data collected at the moment, at least two people, including one child, were killed due to the attacks of Azerbaijan, and 11 people were injured, including eight children," he wrote.
