On September 18, according to the agreement reached with the Stepanakert office of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the command of the Russian military group carrying out a peacekeeping mission in Artsakh, about 23 tons of Armenian-made flour was transported to Stepanakert through the Berdzor corridor, on the Goris-Stepanakert highway, and the Akna-Stepanakert road, to foreign countries. Medical and hygiene supplies of (Russian Swiss) production will be allocated to relevant departments after examination and used as needed.
The information headquarters of Artsakh also informs us that cargo transportation from the Russian city of Rostov in the exact directions is planned again with ICRC vehicles in a few days.
