The Artsakh Defense Ministry reported: "The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on September 8, around 00:25 hours, the defense units carried out fortification works in the Askeran region, which were allegedly stopped as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani units, is another misinformation.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan continues to carry out informational preparations for another provocation by spreading false messages."
