The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reports that on September 3, around 2:20 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in the direction of Chankatagh by using small arms and HAN-17 grenade launchers. The Azerbaijani military targeted the water truck.
