The Armenian Defense Ministry denied the misinformation of the Azerbaijani side

The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh issued a message informing, "The message issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that the units of the Ministry of Defense allegedly carried out fortification works in Shushi region on August 31 at around 10:55, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another disinformation."
