All educational institutions in Artsakh will start the academic year on September 1, reports MESCS.
"Considering the problems caused by the complete siege of Artsakh - the severe shortage of stationery, educational materials, food, hygiene items, and the lack of transport - it was decided to start the educational process without violating students' right to education. Under challenging conditions, preparations were made to organize the educational process as efficiently as possible.
After the start of the classes, monitoring will be carried out. As a result of a comprehensive analysis, appropriate situational solutions will be adopted up to the termination of the class process," the statement said.
