"The issue of my remaining in the position of president was discussed." Araik Harutyunyan
Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan presented the discussion results to those gathered in Renaissance Square after more than 6 hours of consultation in the National Assembly.
He noted that 3 issues were discussed:
The fate of the 3 young men arrested yesterday at the checkpoint
The issue of bread
The need to open the road
The case of his possible resignation in the coming days.
Harutyunyan guaranteed that the three young men arrested by Azerbaijan would soon be in Stepanakert.
"I have some good things to look forward to. First, I will try to connect with our boys and get a clear idea of when they will arrive. It won't last long. And personally, the parents of the abducted youth will hear the name of the official who will bring and leave our children in Stepanakert," said Harutyunyan.
He noted that the issue of his resignation was also discussed. "Today, the issue of my remaining in the post of president was also discussed. Tomorrow, the next day, we will decide with a narrower composition if I must resign," said Harutyunyan.
