Therefore, the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly at 11:55, the Armenian side tried to carry out fortification works with fire support, which was reportedly disrupted as a result of measures taken by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is entirely false, and misinformation."
