In this way, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry is trying to justify the fire of its units in the direction of civilians doing agricultural work. On July 15, around 09:50, the Azerbaijani side opened fire from a small-arms weapon toward civilians doing agricultural work in the Nerkin Sznek community of the Askerani district.
The incident was reported to the command of the peacekeeping troops of the Russian Federation.
