"This is one of the shortcomings of your work." protest action near the ICRC office in Stepanakert

The participants of the famous rally in Artsakh marched to the ICRC office in Stepanakert.
Artsakh Minister of State Gurgen Nersisyan stated in a speech near the ICRC office that the Red Cross is the source of information that the international community should take as a basis.
"And I am sorry that until now, we have had cases when referring to your information, they explained that the situation in Artsakh is not catastrophic or dire. Accept that this is one of the shortcomings of your work. Accept and be responsible towards the people of Artsakh," he said, adding that this is not politics and international relations but a matter of life and living for the people of Artsakh.
